Another Nice Letter From a Member

Hello Bro. and Sis. Gardner

Today my husband and I had the privilege of taking Elder Gardner and his companion Elder Limb out to lunch.  Elder Limb (my great nephew) is being transferred tomorrow.  Since Elder Gardner came to our home on Thanksgiving Day, it was great to see him again and to get to know him a little better.
Sweet Stockings!
He is a fine young man.  He looks good and seems to be adjusting well to missionary life.  He said that he will be a trainer for his new companion so he will be in the Hilo area for another 3 months.  Hopefully we will run into him again before he leaves and perhaps take him out to lunch again!  The members in Hawaii love the missionaries and take good care of them.  I know you will still worry and think about him every minute of every day but know that he is in good hands.  These young men are very special and the Lord watches over them and takes good care of them too.

Mele Kalikimaka (Merry Christmas) to your family.

Aloha nui loa,  Cyndie Seiersen
